We ship to any part of Mexico where Fedex can go!

When you place an order with Jade we will have to process the order first thing. Processing is done the same business day. Shipping time will be 3-5 working days by standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped out of our warehouses.

Return & Exchange Policy
In case you’ve changed your mind about their purchase, or if you’re dissatisfied with a product you can easily return the unused product for a full return. Simply use the return label we provide in the package; then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date. You have two options

You can pay $100MXN for an prepaid return label fee , which will be deducted from your refund.

You can use your own shipping method at your own cost. Please note: we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services to pick up packages.
